Gluten Free Bakehouse Commitment
Gluten Free Bakehouse is now a household gluten free brand in Australia. We are building on this loyalty by rebranding our current Zehnder range to Gluten Free Bakehouse.
As our range grows in the market, expanding from our delicious breads to pies, quiche, cakes, brownies and more, this is a positive change for the brand and will simplify our customers shopping experience.
The Zehnder Transition
Below shows the progression of the Zehnder logo over the past three years. When we purchased Zehnder it was our mission to create the best gluten free products in the market and create a trusted brand.
It was important to us to carefully transition the Zehnder brand over to Gluten Free Bakehouse in a staged process. We retained the black and white logo and created a combined brand using the same rectangle as Zehnder and font of Gluten Free Bakehouse.

We started by merging Gluten Free Bakehouse and Zehnder with a similar logo and introducing our "Free From" icons
The final rollout is to move to Gluten Free Bakehouse logo
Changes to our Product Range
We have reviewed our product listing to ensure our premium offerings maintain the best ‘free from’ claims in the market and continue to delight our customers. We have also identified opportunities for product improvement and have updated our range with the following exciting changes.
- Zehnder Farmers Bread will be replaced with Pumpkin Superseed which has the same great pumpkin base plus now with more seeds and yeast removed.
- Zehnder Sultana Bread will be replaced with Fruit Loaf which has the addition of currants with subtle hints of cinnamon and yeast removed.
- Zehnder (Potato) Bread will be replaced by White (Potato) Bread which has additional rice bran and yeast removed.
